Estes Park Outfitters requires a 50%, non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. The cash balance is due upon arrival. Once your deposit is received, you will be supplied with a contract and a receipt of deposit letter.   Next you will need to apply for the limited draw license/tag.  All hunters must apply for a license and if born on or after Jan 1, 1949, must have completed and approved hunter education course or bowhunter education course sanctioned by a state or province before applying for or purchasing a license.

The limited draw application is on line at http://www.wildlife.state.co.us/hunting/ and is available usually in late February until the first of April.  We will be happy to assist you with the application process to ensure a good application.  Applications improperly filled out are rejected so let us help you.  The results for the draw are usually posted in mid to late June.  Upon drawing your license, contact us and we will then send you a suggested list of gear and clothing to bring, along with the rules and regulations for your hunt.  If you are not successful in the draw, please contact us for other options.
